7 - END OF SEASON REVIEWS
As
seen in the Wellingborough
Town V Blackstones match day programme, this is the
Under 7's end of season review by Geoff Smith:
Being their first season in football, the U7’s have
come on really well as individuals and as a team .The
boy’s have really taken on board what they have
learnt in training and as 6&7 year olds can be really
proud of themselves for some excellent performances in
games.
I
would also like to thank the parents for the support they
have given myself and the team throughout the season.

COACH’S
REPORT
CHARLIE B always gives 110% with his
running and tackles. Always rely on him getting from box
to box.
CONNOR
maybe one of the smallest players but he more than makes
up for it in commitment and pure ability. He can carry
the ball from one end to the other and is always good
for a goal or two.
CHARLES
again is one of the smallest and youngest in the squad.
He always
gives 110% and can always be seen to be trying his hardest
and that as a coach is what I want .
RYAN
at times has saved his team and at times has had nothing
to do. His position is the most specialized in the game
and by far is the best kicker
of the ball
SOLOMON
is another player who can carry the ball from one end
to the other, He’s big and strong and certainly
knows where the goal is. He’s by far the quickest
in the team.
BILLY
has by far the biggest guts in the team, he gets hurt,
he gets up, he tackles again and passes the ball to set
the team on their way. He’ll make a
great defender.
CHARLEY
S has shown some nice touches and chipped in
with his fair share of goals. He has the best left foot
in the team.
Thomas is another player who gives 110%,
is quick and loves a tackle. He tries to bring the ball
out from defense and set the team going forward
ALEX
gives his all in defense and going forward and has shown
some nice skills. Certainly loves a sliding tackle!
WELL DONE BOYS !!!
