Tigers played really well this morning to record a 3-2 victory for their last game of the season. Tigers missed numerous chances before Cameron Elliott and Jamie Parker scored before half time. In the second half Jamie added another to go 3 nil up. Aztecs fought back late in the second half to score 2 goals. George Crisp was today’s Man of the Match although all of the Tigers players played well and deserved the win. Well done Tigers.

A slow start from the lions, as not playing for three weeks they looked a bit rusty. But two late goals in the first half and then four in the second gave them the win, but kites played really well.

A top performance from the lions, creating chance after chance, on a cold snowy day the boys really kicked in to gear. It was one way traffic though the game scoring five  in the first half and seven in the second, well done done boys.

Tigers drew 2-2 today. We soaked up a lot of pressure in the first half and went one nil up thanks to Billy Revell’s run down the right to score. Thrapston scored an equaliser shortly after. In the second half Tigers conceded an early penalty and Man of the Match Callum Czajowski in goal made a great one handed save, pushing the ball onto the post and grabbing the rebound. Tigers went 2-1 down halfway into the second half and soon after, Cameron Elliott very cleverly lofted the ball over a packed penalty area to equalise. Well done Tigers.

It was a game of two halves today for Tigers with an excellent first half and not so good second. Sam Briggs scored from a corner to equalise just before half time but in the second half Ise Lodge over-ran Tigers to score five more. George Crisp had a great debut game for Tigers and Josh Loakes was excellent today to be today’s Man of the Match. Well done to Sam for his first goal for the team.

A good result for the lions as they look get everyone fit after all the injures, they started really bright and made several chances,then four goals in the last twenty minutes of the first half sealed the win. We mixed the the side around in the second. Which didn’t go as well as expected, but was still a nice performance after the xmas break.

Not a good start to the year as Tigers started the game with 7 players and had 8 players after 10 minutes. Tigers lost 8-3 and the 8 Tigers on the pitch played their hearts out to cause Warriors plenty of problems but lack of numbers showed in the end. Josh scored in the first half and Jamie added another 2 in the second half. Man of the match goes to all of the players Callum Czajkowski , Freddie Amankwa , Gabriel Borukalo , Ben Galloway , James Hughes , Josh Loakes , Rico Lovell and Jamie Parker. Well done Tigers.

A really good game before the xmas break, saw the lions take a 2-1 half time lead, in a really tight first half, that spears were slightly on top, but after the break the lions got the better of the second half, and creating lots of chances. Goals from Bunting-Fett 3, Horlaj, and Roberts sealed the win.

Tigers played well today to draw 3-3. Tigers missed a penalty to make the score 1-1 and soon found themselves 2 nil down but they battled back to be winning 3-2 only to concede a penalty late in the game. James Hughes, Jamie Parker and Euan Weed scored and Benjamin Galloway was today’s man of the match for his great defensive display. Well done Tigers.

A slow start from the lions, with not making the most of the windy conditions, saw them take a 1-0 half time lead, but in the second half they really found another gear creating lots of chances, and scoring 5 goals in the second half. Well done the second half was a really strong performance.

An in and out game for the lions today, done the job but it was no thrills, Weekley worked hard to close the lions down, but some two good goals  in each half sealed the win and puts the lions into the next round.

A good win for the Lions after a tight fist half with not much between the sides, the second half opened up and the lions got a tight hold of the game scoring 4 goals in 15 minutes to secure the win, Bunting-fett 2,Lewis and Taylor scored the goals. Well played to the back four they were solid.

A super show from the Lions saw them blow Doddington away, after a tight first 15 minutes the Lions went on the rampage scoring 5 goals in 15 minutes. The second half they took there foot off the pedal and were knocking the ball around scoring another 3, well done lions. Good luck Sonny who departs for Australia, this one was for you.

Tigers: Tigers lost 7-1 in the cup to the current holders Lions. Tigers didn’t take advantage of some early chances and went into half time 2 nil down . In the second half , despite some great battling performances from Tigers players , Lions over ran Tigers defence to score 5 more . Man of the Match Luke Robins scored Tigers consolation and would have had another had it not been for a great save from the Lions keeper. Unlucky Tigers , well done Lions.

The Town are back, a blistering 4 goals in the first 15 minutes sealed the win, then they took there foot off the pedal and strolled though the rest of the game. Goals from Bunting 2, Bishop, Horlaj, Morgan and Lewis gave the lions a deserved win, The lions have now started to play there dominating football.

The Tigers lost 2-1 today which was a harsh result considering they only had 10 players and the hard work they put in during the game. Tigers soaked up a lot of Raunds pressure and took the lead after 20 minutes with a great chip by Cameron Elliott. The Raunds keeper pulled off a great save shortly after to deny us a 2 nil lead. Tigers put in a great effort again in the second half but tiredness lead 2 late Raunds goals. Every player could be today’s man of the match but it goes to Levi Downer for a great defensive performance. Well played Tigers.

A bit of a rusty start from the Lions saw them beat the Hawks. With a well organised Ise Lodge playing one up front it took time for the lions to break them down, then Jaydon Taylor and Ryan Horlaj got two late goals in the first half, and Callum Harley scored in the second. It’s the start of a long season so well done Wellingborough.

A very good game against an under strength Grammarians saw Tigers come out 6-2 winners. Despite a very disciplined Grammarians back four Tigers scored 4 in the first half and 2 in the second. Billy Revell started the scoring after Tigers went 1 nil down. Ben Galloway , Euan Weed and James Hughes added goals before half time. In the second half Man of the Match , James Hughes scored 2 more goals either side of Grammarians second to complete his hat-trick . Well done Tigers.
